Ford Ranger rolling in Automatic

When driving on an incline in either forward or reverse in my automatic 2021 Ford Ranger Wildtrack the car will roll shortly after releasing the foot brake. The level of incline determines how much the car will roll. My local dealer says " well it happened it the other Ranger we tested". Had the Ute 2 weeks. Have not noticed it in any other vehicle I had. My concern is I am going to tow a van with the Ute. I am worried that the additional weight will cause a safety issue.
Anybody else having issues?

For clarification- if driving on an incline in D heading forward the car will roll in reverse. And if driving in reverse the car will roll forwards.
