Headlight assemblies

My 2001 ranger xlt flare side 4.0 4x4 has a 2 piece headlight assembly. One is obviously headlights the other is corner lamp. I see on some those are one piece. I'm curious as to if they are interchangeable. Also I'm not referring to the ones where the orange marker is under the headlamp. Any help?

Yes they should be, there are some decent ones on ebay.
