2013 XLT Ranger

I have a 2013 XLT and required a replacement engine at 130,000 KM in 2018 (Replaced under warranty). On 10 June 2022 the Recon Engine went, was told hole in block caused by faulty injector. This Engine has only done 85,000 KM. 3 Engines in 10 Years is a bit poor to say the least. Would I be entitled to any assistance from Ford for the replacement engine this time.
